A Building Air Quality Management Plan is a comprehensive written program that provides policies and procedures for addressing indoor air quality concerns.
We believe the key to achieving and maintaining healthy indoor air quality is for a building owner to implement a formal program that identifies and addresses potential and existing indoor air quality problems. These programs will address many of the causes of poor indoor air quality with a proactive approach and provides a means to professionally address occupant complaints.
We have developed a comprehensive building air quality management program that follows the EPA’s Building Air Quality Management guidelines. The program involves the evaluation of current conditions and formulating a written plan of action. This program can be used for commercial, public, and residential buildings.
