About the Instructor
Greg Rogers, CSP, has over 25 years of regulatory compliance and risk management experience both in industry and as a consultant and trainer. He holds numerous certifications and has helped many municipalities comply with EPA requirements, including participating in numerous EPA plant inspections. Greg is a co-founder and VP of Regulatory Compliance for MunicipalH2O.com.
Who Should Attend
Facility personnel involved in Risk Management Program implementation, including managers, supervisors, engineers, and operators.
Prerequisites
Attendees should have a general understanding of RMP requirements. If available, attendees should bring a copy of their facility’s written RMP, including the Registration Information, Hazard Assessment and Prevention Program.

Learn the regulatory requirements of the EPA RMP standard and what to expect during an EPA inspection.
Learn how to conduct an internal Compliance Audit using the EPA RMP Inspection Checklist, so your facilities will always be in compliance.
Identify any specific deficiencies that may exist in your program and how to correct them and be prepared for an EPA inspection.
Learn about cost-effective tools / procedures that will help ensure future compliance.

Registration required. $150 per attendee (payment by check or credit card).
Utilities with five or more attendees can register for $125 per attendee.
